The Fochabers Heritage Centre where the Fochaberian is currently created and published.

"The Fochaberian Community Newsletter will be for the community and by the community. It will report on successes and concerns and will publish articles in prose and poetry. It will actively support and encourage local voluntary groups, Milne`s primary and secondary schools and the many small businesses which provide the village with a wide variety of services. It will celebrate the life of the village of Fochabers".

The seeds for a newsletter for Fochabers were sown in May 1999 with the distribution of invitations to every household in the community. The Community Council also sent representatives. All interested parties attended a series of meetings. The name The Fochaberian was unanimously agreed, articles and photographs arrived and the first edition was published in September 1999.
